What is it?

Escuela Taller is in Intramuros since 1985. It was set up with the help of Spain's Ministerio de Trabajo y Sociales in order to aid the Philippines with the rising rate of poverty and unemployment. Their aim is to train people in the art of restoration of our cultural heritage.
